Sleeps 8 with 2 queens in each bedroom, plus 2 twin beds in an extra area (daybed with removable trundle bed). We throughly enjoyed our stay and the house was decorated nicely. It had everything we needed and then some. Do be aware that one bedroom is on the second floor and the other one is on the third floor. This was a problem at times because my sister was here to have back surgery.
