It is an immaculate 2 bedroom, 2 bath Luxury Cottage with breathtaking westerly sunset views each evening, and the sparkling lights of St. Thomas at night.
The views overlook the famous Pilsbury Sound and feature sailing vessels, Mega Yachts, tall ships, and boats as they navigate some of the finest boating waters in the world!
Additionally, you can see/view 21 separate islands in the 180 degrees plus, view.
The cottage is located in the Estate Contant Heights neighborhood, 1 minute from the Market Place, which has the Starfish Market, Chelsea Pharmacy, Sam & Jacks Deli, Shabu's Natural food take out, a Latte Coffee/Smoothie shop, and ample parking, 2 minutes from Cruz Bay town & restaurants, and 4 minutes to the North Shore beaches.
The "Sweet St. John 2" has just finished a total renovation, including new paint inside and out, new S/S appliances, furniture, and bedding.

Great communication, even before we arrived in USVI. As we drove off the car barge, we were greeted by Jena and was escorted to the house. This was greatly appreciated as maps sometimes do not work well on the island. Jena provided us with a tour of the house and gave us local information throughout the week when we asked. Great host!
