Sleeps 12 guests with 4 bedrooms, 7 beds, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, game room & BBQ patio. Minutes from wineries, Niagara-on-the-Lake, beautiful Sunset & Lakeside Park Beaches, Niagara Falls (15 mins) & the U.S. border. Licensed, spacious, cozy & professionally cleaned.
Our 3 story contemporary home in beautiful St. Catharines is perfect for group trip, families, girls getaway, couple’s retreat, anniversary celebration, bachelorette ,bridal shower & attending wedding, holiday celebration, small group of friends & family reunion, work trip, sports trip & other activities in the region.
House includes:
- Free parking for up to 4 vehicles max
- 4 bedrooms with 4 queen beds provide luxurious accommodation for up to 12+ guests supplied with 5* hotel quality beddings (Queen mattress sofa bed+Double Sofa bed+Single Folding Bed)
- Newly upgraded appliances
- 2 bathrooms completely renovated comes with fresh 5* hotel quality towels and toiletries
- Smart TV with cable TV
- Dartboard
- Board games.
- Air Hockey table
- Foosball table in separate game room & TV with HDMI cable to connect the Video games
- Foldable & height adjustable baby crib with mattress in master bedroom closet (use it with caution)
- Office Desk for work
- Kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils and all other necessary amenities to help cook the perfect meal.
- Free coffee and Tea
- Private fully fenced backyard,

- We are licensed by the Niagara Region City of St. Catherine (license number: 2026 107606 000 00 STR) and follow all the safety and hygiene protocols
Enjoy uninterrupted access to all area of the property:
- BBQ is provided with all supplies+propane
- Outdoor relaxing patio set (seasonal)
- Laundry facilities (detergent, dryer sheets)
- Towels & Linens provided
- All basic cooking utensils provided
- Extra pillows, sheets, blankets upon request.

- Beds are made based on double occupancy. (Eg. 2 guests- 1 Bed, 4 guests - 2 beds)+Queen mattress sofa bed+Double Sofa bed+Single Folding Bed
**You will be given a code prior to your arrival for the electronic door lock. Just enter the code and it will automatically unlock the door**
Other things to note:
- All guest needs to sign and house rules and provide necessary info for insurance purpose prior to check in. Please check rental agreement attachment
- No extra overnight or day guests permitted without prior consent of the host (guest staying overnight, fees 60$ ea per night will apply)
-Base price is for 8 guests , more than 8 guests, extra guest fee will apply.
-No parties allowed
-Parking up to 4 vehicles, NO street parking allowed
- More than 28 days booking at a time is not allowed as per short term rental policy in province of ON.
-No fire pit allowed outdoor
-No smoking of any kind or vaping in the house. If you chose to smoke outside please ensure there are no butts on the ground.
There is a place in the backyard patio and the front porch included astray for smoking
- Noise by-laws in effect after 10 pm. No loud music or conversation in the backyard after 10pm.
- Please respect the neighbors and our personal home
- Do not temper with Internet or any electronic device at the house.
- House rules are strictly enforced to ensure we can continue to offer an exciting accommodation for guests.
- House details & rules will be sent few days prior to check-in.
- There are exterior security cameras at the front & back of the house to monitor for any potential damage, intruders, animals, and guests numbers.
-If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, guest will be asked TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
-If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guest will be asked TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- Kindly make sure ALL DOORS & WINDOWS are locked properly.

Highly Recommend!Such a cozy, comfortable, and well-appointed home! It was stocked with everything we could possibly need (including nice wine glasses for our winery purchases!). The back deck is beautiful, and having a foosball table and dartboard made for great evening entertainment. Our host, Zuman was terrific with the communication and very friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had an unforgettable family weekend at Chez GrapeScape: comfortable beds, a well-organized kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. The fantastic location, the modern, clean, and safe house provided the perfect getaway. We would definitely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay!! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the stay feel extra welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
