The Space:
Welcome to this cosy 70 m² 3-bedroom apartment on the 1st and 2nd floors of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Cleveland Street in the heart of Fitzrovia. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, Bedroom 3: 1 double bed. The apartment has two full bathrooms, both accessible via the hallway.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has individual electric radiators for heating throughout the cooler months.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!

Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 6 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

Amazing stay! The flat is very well located and made getting around London really easy. It had everything needed for a nice stay, and the host was helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend!

The hosts were very helpful and check in/out was easy. One of our guests mentioned their bed wasn’t terribly comfy but the beds in each of the larger rooms were fine! Having only one set of keys was a bit of a challenge - would maybe recommend providing two sets. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks for everything!

Overall, we had a good stay at this property. The location was excellent, with a train station, a 24-hour convenience store, and a McDonald's all within walking distance, making it very convenient for getting around and picking up necessities.The home was very clean, and we appreciated that toiletries were thoughtfully set out for each room. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed during our stay.There are a few things future guests should know. The property has three to four flights of stairs, which could be challenging for anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage. The front door is also very tricky to unlock and may take some patience. It might be a good idea to add a trashcan to each bedroom. After the second day, the heater in the upstairs bedroom stopped working, and the closet in the left bedroom had an unpleasant odor. We did not notify the host during our stay, so they may have been able to address these issues if we had reached out.Overall, the property is in a great location and was clean and comfortable, with just a few maintenance items that could improve the experience.

The home was clean. You do not have a common space and it seems like they took the living area and made an extra bedroom. There are three bedrooms and that is all. The only table for eating has 2 seats and is at the top of the stairs. This place is good for just sleeping and showering. The process to get it was difficult. When you press the button outside you have to simultaneously open the door which is difficult. The listing says that there is a washer and dryer in the unit, however there is only a washer. There is a large clothes rack for drying. The management company of this rental requires you to make a large supposedly refundable damage deposit with a third party company. We did not damage the unit in any way and left it clean and all instructions for check out were followed exactly. The deposit is supposed to be sent back to you within 14 days of checkout. I am now at 20 days after checkout and still have not received the deposit back. I did reach out to the management company and they said it was coming, but nothing as of yet! It is a nice flat and not too far from activity. The location is very quiet, but safe. Be ready to take a rideshare or underground anywhere you want to go that is touristy.
