Come stay in a historic 100-year-old home, originally built in 1900 and fully renovated in 2022. This centrally located duplex sits in Atlanta’s highly desirable East Lake neighborhood.

You’ll be within walking distance of 5 restaurants and a coffee shop right across the street. The home is also walkable to East Lake Golf Course, Oakhurst Village, Kirkwood Village, and the East Lake MARTA station. A short Uber or bike ride will take you to the BeltLine, Emory, Little 5 Points, Inman Park, Candler Park, and downtown or midtown Atlanta.

Living Space
The living area includes a 65” TV with Roku and DirecTV streaming, a large dining table for six, and additional seating at the kitchen bar. A queen pull-out sofa provides extra sleeping space.

Bedrooms
The primary bedroom features a brand-new king bed with a hybrid mattress, premium linens, a large closet, a sound machine, an ensuite luxury bathroom, and a 55” TV with Roku and DirecTV.

The second bedroom also includes a brand-new king bed with a hybrid mattress, fresh linens, a large closet, a sound machine, and a 55” TV.

The third bedroom has a twin bunk bed, a 32” TV with Roku and DirecTV, a sound machine, a nightlight, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Kitchen & Laundry
The full kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. Coffee options include a drip coffee maker, Keurig, and teapot, plus a toaster and all essential cookware and baking tools.

A full-size washer and dryer are available for guest use at no charge, located in the primary bedroom closet. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided.

Outdoor Space & Parking
The property includes a large fenced-in yard, which is shared with the lower unit. Please note this is a duplex with a separate bottom-level unit featuring 2 king bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each unit has a private entrance and can be rented separately or together for larger groups.

There is free parking in the driveway for 2–3 cars per unit. Please use the right side of the driveway when staying in Unit 2.

Access & Location
Guests will receive a door code for secure, self-check-in via electronic lock.

East Lake is quiet, walkable, and centrally located. Across the street, you’ll find restaurants and a coffee shop. Grocery stores, bars, pharmacies, dry cleaners, bike trails, and parks are all nearby.

You’re just 10–15 minutes from the Atlanta Botanical Garden, Piedmont Park, and the BeltLine, making it easy to explore the best of Atlanta in any direction.
