Cape Haus is a great addition to the Pristine Properties’ inventory. A very desirable feature is that it is a single level home. There is a short set of stairs to enter the home and then everything inside is all on one level. This home has a very open floor with lots of living area. With windows lining the wall in the living room it allows for a bright, naturally lit interior. The house typically rents as a 3 bedroom (see Cape Haus), one of which is semi-private and open to the living room, but Cape Haus Extra includes the addition of a 4th bedroom on the ground level with full bath. To top this home off, there is a large screened porch on the backside of the home overlooking the pool and an open deck on the front with views of the Gulf.
