The Muschel apartment is located on the first floor and spans two levels. It is allergy-friendly and features three bedrooms that sleep five. You can relax and enjoy the fresh air on the garden terrace, which is equipped with a parasol, patio furniture, and lounge chairs. The rest of the garden is available for shared use.
On the first floor you’ll find: LIVING ROOM (a corner sofa, 1 armchair, a coffee table, satellite TV, radio, free internet, books), a fully equipped KITCHEN WITH DINING AREA (including a dining table with 2 chairs and a corner bench, dishwasher, microwave, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, silverware, and pots), as well as a BEDROOM with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe, a BATHROOM with a shower, window, toilet, towel warmer, sink, mirror cabinet, and hair dryer, and a HALLWAY with a small coat rack. A staircase (no stair gate) leads from the hallway to the attic, where you’ll find another BEDROOM with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm) and a BEDROOM with a single bed and a wardrobe (see photo). The apartment includes a parking space at the house. You can park your bicycles right outside your front door. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee (the private laundry room is about 500 m from the apartment).
In the village, near the house, you’ll find: a bakery, a farm shop with fresh milk and cheese made on-site, a café, a bus stop, the West Coast Art Museum, three horseback riding stables (at one of which you can book mudflat and field rides), a large playground, and an electric vehicle charging station.
On the property’s own beach meadow in Utersum, you can breathe in the fresh North Sea air, soak up the sun, and take a refreshing dip in the sea. If you’d like, you can also cast your line at a private fishing pond (about 1 km from the house) at any time.



The Friesenglück house is located on a quiet street on the outskirts of the idyllic Frisian village of Alkersum, in the heart of the island of Föhr. It features 4 vacation apartments, each accommodating up to 4 people. If you’d like to do some laundry, there’s a laundry room in the building next door with a washing machine and a dryer (for a fee).
