Stylish 2-Bedroom Townhouse - Your Perfect Getaway
Welcome to our cosy and inviting home! Our townhouse features two bedrooms, both located upstairs. The first bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, while the second bedroom features a cosy double bed. Both rooms have plenty of storage space for your belongings, ensuring a comfortable and clutter-free stay.
The main bathroom upstairs is modern and well-appointed, with a shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries provided for your convenience. We want you to feel at home during your stay, so we provide everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
There is an additional toilet located downstairs off the kitchen area, adding extra convenience to your stay.
The living area is a great space to relax and unwind after a day exploring the city. It opens up to a sunny private courtyard and garden space, providing a peaceful and secluded outdoor area to enjoy. You can sit back and relax with a good book or a glass of wine, and soak up the sun in this lovely space.

Addington is a great neighbourhood and has excellent cafes and restaurants that are within walking distance. The Christchurch Arena and Orange Theory Stadium are also close by so if you are here for a concert or the rugby its perfect for you.
Mountfort Park which the property backs onto is also nice to stroll through and pick fruit and herbs from.
Please Note: There is a security camera with audio operating at the front door of this property for your safety and ours. This is outside the property and only records entry and exit.

Perfect place to stay in the inner city. Clean tidy warm etc

We found this apartment to be conveniently located to Hagley Park and the CBD. The living space is generous and has good flow to the small garden. The bed was a little uncomfortable, and the duvet was winter weight and way too hot for summer. We were eventually provided with a lighter weight cover, but suggest you ask in advance if you don't want to over heat in summer. We would stay again with this proviso.
