The primary bedroom offers a comfy king size bed. The guest room has two queen size beds and access to a hall bath. A spacious full bathroom with a walk-in shower is on the right side of the house.
The kitchen offers a microwave, toaster oven, and large refrigerator (no stove/oven).
Enjoy take-out around a large dining table! Gather around the most amazing covered outdoor patio with a fireplace and relax on the outdoor patio furniture or enjoy a fun shuffleboard game as you watch your favorite sporting event.

*The home is pet friendly and will accept up to two dogs but there is a pet fee of $33/dog/night (before tax). Due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. If you bring more than one dog and do not let us know, you will be charged accordingly. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation.
*Livestock, horses, etc. can be boarded on property at Hill Country Veterinary Clinic but guests will have to feed and water their animals. Stalls for show animals are an additional $25/animal/night (before tax).
Please be aware that the house is about 55 feet away from South Highway 16, so you might experience road noise, particularly if you are on the outdoor patio.

- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.

We had a great stay. The place was just as described. Loved the games and enjoyed the record player. Communication was great, beds were comfortable, pillows not so much but we had our own. Short drive into town. Things I would change: outside lights don’t come on until 10pm (there isn’t a way to turn them on, on your own) and it would have been nice to have furnishings in front of the windows by the door. We were able to get the internet to work eventually. There was some confusion between an email on VRBO and info that came in a different email. Check both(one will work).

Great stay. Great house. Only issue was there was lots of dog hair on the couches and on the carpet where the table was. Granted I do understand it’s a dog friendly location. There is a pellet grill on the location and a hot plate left that was not described. We did prepare and everything else worked out.

Interesting stay. Lots of games indoor and out. Only issues were bathroom and bedroom doors would automatically lock; as well, it’s located on the highway.
