The 180 degree view of the Tuscan countryside was worth the price all by itself. Franny was an accommodating and knowledgeable host. She worked to find a variety of shops and services for us. I would recommend this listing to anyone that can climb 3 flights of stairs, there is no elevator, but pays for the view. Two suites, modern bathrooms and kitchen.
The wine that one could get in the room was priced fairly and quite good.

This is a beautiful and well decorated apartment. Well stocked with all the essentials. We absolutely loved the roof top deck. Apartment was very clean and beds very comfortable. Parking was close by. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby in the beautiful town of Montepulciano. Great communication with our host. Certainly one of the best VRBO stays we ever had.

Great stay and location with plenty of food/wine options nearby! We visited Siena and Assisi which were short drives from the apartment. Francy made sure everything was perfect and was quick to answer any questions. The apartment had plenty of space and was very clean. Check-in/check-out was easy and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Montepulciano!

The host was very welcoming. Thin might sound odd, but the pillows were very good and didn’t smell dirty at all! It’s a gorgeous location- lots of shops and enotecas. Loved hearing the church bells and the rooftop deck gives an unparalleled view. The hills are something else! The only downside was dragging suitcases .25 miles uphill. But we got in a good workout doing it. Would highly recommend.
