The lobby of building, hallway with laundry machines and pool area are common areas. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella at the beach kiosk located on the beach facing the building using the private beach pass card provided with your stay.
Lobby door unlocks with a code See check-in instructions.
Unit door unlocks with a passcode. See check-in instructions.
We do have a place to store your bags and personal belongings before and after check in if need be.

Cute studio right on the beach. Washer and dryer close on site very convenient. Easy to get in and navigate. Close enough to downtown but located in quieter portion on Ocean Dr. Our stay was during the week so overall very quiet. Truly the only downside we had was storage. Small utility closet with shelving fit carry on and back packs adequately but not check in suitcase. No dresser/drawers to store clothing unpacked and space is tight. The window air was temporarily out so a makeshift floor model was in use, kept humidity down but took up floor space that was scarce. Continuous hot water abundant and towels provided. They do also provide free early and late luggage hold, very nice feature appreciated!!

The acces to restaurants, shops, parks, and specially the beach were outstanding, Luis helped a lot with directions, accommodations, parking, he kept in contact for any questions. Really an unforgetable experience with my kids.

The Studio was perfect for our long weekend in Miami! The location couldn’t be better, and Anita was an excellent host, and made the check in process effortless! Thank you!

Great communication from the host. Great location and quiet place. Air conditioning unit is a bit loud. Pictures make the place look a bit bigger than it is. 3s a crowd.
