A beach chair is available for our guests to use free of charge near the vacation rental from May 1 through September 30; it is located in Section 44, No. 64.

You can also enjoy a wellness area that includes free access to the pool and sauna, among other amenities.

Apartment No. 1.03, furnished with great attention to detail in a modern yet cozy style, is an exclusive, high-end 48 m² two-room apartment on the first floor on the west side of the residence, accommodating up to 4 people.

Integrated into the living area is a dining area for four people and a fully equipped built-in kitchen with every convenience.

The comfortable, easy-to-use double sofa bed provides a full-fledged third and fourth sleeping option.

The apartment, which offers free internet access (LAN & Wi-Fi), is equipped with, among other things, two large flat-screen TVs with satellite connections, a hi-fi DVD system, and a Blu-ray player.

A wireless weather station with online data synchronization from wetteronline.de provides guests with weather forecasts for the region, ensuring you won’t be caught in the rain.

The needs of allergy sufferers have been taken into account through the careful selection of all fabrics and materials and the HEPA filter system in the vacuum cleaner. Furthermore, the mattresses in the bedroom are fitted with encasing covers.

The bathroom is equipped with, among other things, a shower pan measuring 140 cm x 75 cm x 2.5 cm. The shower enclosure is 2 m high and made of clear safety glass with a swing door that opens both inward and outward.

The fully furnished walk-in closet and the sliding-door wardrobe in the bedroom offer ample space for the entire family’s luggage and clothing.

The Hohe Lith Residence, with its four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).
