Welcome to your family's vacation home away from home! Wake up to water views from every bedroom and enjoy coffee on our waterfront deck or screened porch. The 5 bed/4 bath layout is ideal for multi-family trips or large groups but the real gem of our property is our 250-foot sandy beach on the tranquil shore of Ingram Bay. Our private dock with easy access to the Wicomico river provides the best spot to kayak from or tie up your boat.
Located just across from our private pond, the beach is 250 feet of soft sand and calm water. A quick 2 minute walk is made easier for you with the provided beach cart, 6 beach chairs, towels, sand toys, and umbrella, to make your visit as easy as possible.
The dock can accommodate boats that require four feet or less water level and has electric power as well as a lower platform for launching our kayak or paddle board. At low tide, sand is also revealed right at the dock, just steps away from the back door for impromptu sandcastle building.
The 3200 square foot house features a wide open floor plan, new appliances and furnishings, and stunning endless water views from every room. With 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, a toy-filled playroom, fully equipped kitchen, and smart TVs throughout, the house is perfect for multiple families or large groups. The screened porch and riverfront deck will no doubt become your favorite spots to lounge and dine.

It was incredibly comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed for everyone to relax and enjoy our time together. We really love this property and having both the bay and river just steps away! Beautiful sunsets, fishing and crabbing from the pier, kayaking, and afternoons on the beach are top highlights. While it lacks some of the amenities you might expect from a similarly priced house, this locale has family significance as a place we’ve vacationed for decades, and the house is a comfortable fit for our large family. We stayed two years ago and found the house hasn’t really been updated so some things are a little tired. We were disappointed to arrive and find the floors were not clean; the rest of the house seemed fine so it was probably an oversight. Morgan did offer to send cleaners later but we worked out a refund of some of our cleaning fees, instead. She has always been quick at responding to any of our issues or questions, which has been appreciated.

Wonderful waterfront property, the river view was gorgeous. The house had a great layout with 5 bedrooms that were spacious and private. There was an abundance of outdoor equipment provided that we especially enjoyed. The kitchen was well stocked.

Amazing environment, the views were to die for and the privacy was great! The home was stunning, we will most certainly stay again. Rooms were huge and very spacious. We had 7 people staying but were able to fit other family in the home for dinner that were staying near-by
