Nearby you will find wonderful shopping, golf courses, restaurants, and the best entertainment in Arizona. Hiking trail just steps away!
HOUSE RULES
* No parties - i.e. Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties due to noise, parking, and and property damage issues.
* Street address and email address are required to receive all arrival instructions.
* All renters must submit ID & credit card verification to secure online portal. Minimum age to rent is 25.
* Pets allowed for an extra fee.
*Pool Heating: The cost to heat the pool is $60 per day.
* Arrival and Departure: Arrival instructions will be sent via text and email a few days prior to your arrival. PLEASE ACKNOWLEGE RECEIPT OF INSTRUCTIONS.
* All requests for early arrival and late departure should be requested in advance and may not be possible based on cleaning and maintenance schedules. The fee for early check-in and late check-out is $100 per extra hour, as we will have to block an entire day to accommodate this request, which could result in potential loss of income.
* Please wheel trash and recycle containers to the street for pickup the night before the scheduled day.
* Upon departure, please refer to the checkout list posted in the house manual.
* No smoking allowed inside the property at any time, including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping, etc. If anyone in your group violates the no smoking policy, the host reserves the right to charge your account for $500 minimum to engage smoke remediation process.
* Base rate is set for up to 9 people, 5 years of age and older. Occupancy levels above 9 people will incur an additional charge of $35 per person, per night. This is to cover extra laundry (pool towels, bath towels, bedding, etc.), as well as extra electricity and water usage.
* Renters are provided one propane tank per day at no charge. There is a $35 charge for extra tanks above the one per day.
* Quiet hours after 9:30 are enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbances.
* Home comes stocked with toiletries, including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. Toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, coffee filters, trash bags, and a general assortment of kitchen spices are also provided.
* Cancellation & Refund policy: No Exceptions will be made to the published cancellation policy. If cancellations occur 14 days or more prior to arrival date, 100% refund, If cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to arrival date, no refund will be issued.
PARKING: Driveway space can hold 2-3 cars. Overnight parking on-street is allowed.

This property was exactly as advertised, clean, plenty of space, great outdoor amenities. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to hiking trails and local dining. Easy access to the 51 and 101.Definitely book this property again!

Pool, hot tub, putting course were all a fabulous hit! Super great house for our needs! Was able to communicate via text for anything that was needed urgently. Super affordable too! Hotels around that area for that time wanted 600 or more per night due to spring break season and we were able to get this place for our stay for way less and way more amenities! Would definitely stay here again if we need a group place to stay in phoenix

Amazingly stocked..which is so awesome since all 8 of us flew in to escape the brutal new england winter to find warmth, sunshine and play some golf. The location was a quiet residential neighborhood but also close to many restaurants and golf courses. This house provided so many ammenties to keep the group busy. They were extremely responsive to some minor issues. Great property.
