This place was perfect for our family HHI vacation . The host was very kind, very helpful to us to obtain beach day passes. My grands and their little friends had a blast at the beach together. The bedrooms were comfy and common area (kitchen/dining/living room) was also perfect size for my family . The balcony view was excellent for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We definitely want to come back here next year.

The condo was as described and there was great communication from the host. Plenty of room for the family to spread out when we wanted to. The Dunes House is right next door but it was never loud or an issue.

If you’re familiar with the area then you know the location of this villa can’t be beat. Easy access to the beach, pool and of course Dunes House. Beds were comfortable and appreciate the TV’s in each room, was helpful for the kids. Villa was clean and had plenty of room for all of us. Looking forward to next year!!

Internet and cable didn't work when we arrived. The floor was dirty and the bathroom had mold and not cleaned. Was missing a remote for one of the bathrooms also. It is right room in the bathrooms and a little outdated especially in decor and in the kitchen. The location is great and the owners DID help getting the internet and cable back on and did send back out the cleaning crew. Just not cleaned to my specifications or other places we rented before. Again, the owners did help with what they could.
