Comfortable, colorful home with the tropical island vibe, inviting backyard with tiki bar, newly renovated large pool, covered patio with comfortable outdoor furniture, grill and outdoor shower. All the extras will make this place perfect to relax. House was recently remodeled and updated with modern décor, kitchen is modern and well stocked. Short walk to beach, local brewery & restaurants, close proximity to supermarket, Moody Gardens & Schlitterbahn.

Responsive host, close to the beach, and nice pool area are the selling points. The property was dated and could use a bit more work to make it better. It was mostly clean but there was quite a a bit of mold in the silverware draw and clearly moisture getting into the cupboards. The vent on the roof above the stove was broken in two and when it rained the gutters did not work as the water just spilled over to the back patio. All of the floats we tried to use had holes in them. Overall, these were the reasons for the average to good rating and because of this, I think the overall price was a bit high for the property in its current state.

Amazing stay propert owner responsive and beautiful property. Clean had all the necessary amenities. Defintely recommend. Pool jacuzzi beautiful. Amazing time.
