At Bellativa, you can relax in the private, kidney-shaped stone pool with a fountain spilling in from the hot tub. Inside the home, enjoy an entertainment room that opens to the pool area; the room is equipped with a 42' flat screen television and inviting furnishings.
The 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, with an additional sleeper sofa in the big screen media entertainment room, will comfortably accommodate your family and friends. The master bedroom houses a king-size bed, a wet bar with refrigerator, direct access to the elevator, and beautiful French doors leading out to a private patio. The master bath is equipped with a Jacuzzi tub with a separate stone tile shower. Additionally, two suites are furnished with Queen beds and have private baths, and one suite contains two full beds.

We had a great week at Michael’s home. We used the pool daily and liked the easy access to the beach. The home was spacious and comfortable for our family of 8 adults plus an infant. I would definitely return to this beautiful home for a relaxing family vacation.

Pool and hot tub were great. The host helped us get things working right. The master bedroom needs some chairs. Otherwise very nice. Great location. Kitchen equipment a bit cheap for a house this lovely but it was functional. Overall very pleased with the property. The pool area is wonderful.

We loved our week at this house! The house is spacious and very well maintained. It was perfect for our 3 families over Christmas week. The h path to Captiva Beach is just across the street from the back gardens. The pool and hot tub were great! We ate all our meals on the very large screened in porch overlooking the pool and hot tub.

Amenities were fine, the only issue was the hot tub would not get hot. The property also did not have any extra sheets or blankets for pull out couches.
