Layout: The following is the layout that can allow up to 9 areas for people to sleep comfortably.

Bedroom 2: Two queen beds stacked (next to bathroom #2)
Bedroom 3: Two queen beds side-by-side (next to bathroom #3)
Bedroom 4: King bed (across the hall from bathroom #3)
Bedroom 5: Two queen beds stacked (down the hall from bathroom #4)
Bedroom 6: King bed (next to bathroom #4)
Bedroom 7: King bed (down hall from bathroom #5)
Common Area 1: Pull-out queen sofa bed in the library with kitchenette (shares bathroom #2)
Common Area 2: Pull-out queen sofa bed in the upstairs loft (closest to bathroom #4 or #5)

GUEST VERIFICATION: We use a trusted and confidential third-party service to verify the identity of the primary reservation holder and check criminal databases before the reservation is confirmed. POOL HEAT: There is no charge to heat the spa. Pool heat is $250 per day.

SECURITY: The home has exterior cameras monitoring the residence for security purposes, and to monitor that our rental policies are upheld.
