This family friendly cottage has large living space to comfortably accommodate 10 guests. The huge living area with vaulted ceilings has three sofa's (including two sleepers), love seat, and two rockers. Plenty of seating to view the 65" wall mounted flat screen tv. There are two exterior decks with the main front deck having a view of the Gulf. There is a large covered area under the cottage for outside dining and entertainment. This property is located just off West Beach Blvd not far from downtown shops and restaurants yet just beyond the high rise condo developments so the beaches here are less crowded!.
You want convenience? Directly across the street is the Beach House Restaurant with good food & drink and a fresh seafood market and convenient store next door.
If you or one of your guests has a motor home no problem. There is a spot with all the hookups available on site (Call for rates).
You can see the Gulf of Mexico from your front deck and getting there is only a very short walk.

2nd year in a row renting this house for spring break for our family, everything was great and liked the updated tv for the few days it was raining, if anythings the owner coukd do is maybe a swifter vacuum and one of those swifter mops to help with what sand we coukdnt keep out

Highly recommend! There are 3 bedrooms, a master with a king size bed, a 2nd room with a king, & 3rd room with a twin bunk bed & full size bed. Pictures do not do this house justice. More gorgeous than anticipated! 2 full baths, washer & dryer (similar to ones in an apartment/ on top of each other) located in hallway bathroom. Pots & pans, dishes, flatware, etc all in the home. Spacious enough for 10 people. There are picnic tables, porch swings, & a ln outdoor shower underneath the home. So convenient for washing off after going to the beach. Beach is within eyesight. Bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and beach towels. They do provide a few toiletries, but recommend bringing your own. Do not recommend the restaurant across the street, burned our food and served it that way. Recommend going to the Hangout down the street. Lots of activities for the whole family.

It was a great location and house but.....
The hair dryer had a short the window in the bedroom was busted the outlet in the bedroom was loose the other outlet threw sparks. But most concerning is the ants and the ROACHES!!!!!!!!!!!! We were worried we would bring them home and they would get into our food.
