Welcome to our cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a full front porch view overlooking the Little River. Relax to the sound of rolling water and quiet surroundings of beautiful forest. Cast a line from the bank, dock, or wade the river for rainbow, brook, and brown trout. Also, hike, bike, mountain bike, canoe, kayak, or tube the river for an all-out adventure retreat! you have the best of land or water. Never be out of contact, as we have High-Speed Fiber internet and whole house wifi. This home is adjacent to a custom-built pavilion with an incredible outdoor rock fireplace, kitchen, and half bath. Add this option to your stay to have an incredible family experience, cookout, and get-together for the whole crowd. A great place to get away from it all. The Little River was fun to fish. I saw wild turkeys and deer on the property. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything you need.

David’s river cabin is in a spectacular setting—right by a beautiful small river with a few rapids and wildlife to see. A delight to sleep with the bedroom window open and hear the water! Well-furnished and comfortable. We didn’t have occasion to use the pavilion, but it looked like a wonderful place to have a small gathering. David was very responsive and welcoming. I recommend highly staying here if you have occasion to be in Sparta!
