Take in Charleston, it's history and its beaches. Our property has new appliances, furniture, electronics, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. We have a brand new 8ft fenced-in backyard to keep dogs(and kids) from running off. We supply toys, leashes, treats and bowls for your four-legged babies. There is a gas grill on the freshly-poured concrete patio .The kitchen is fully stocked with eating utensils, cooking utensils, cookware, plates, stemware, Keurig and auto drip coffee pot, slow cooker, Kitchen Aid mixer and etc. There is an adjoining dining area with seating for 6 . The neighborhood has sidewalks to walk your dogs. This home is 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Charleston.(most of the drive is interstate). The beaches are approximately 25 to 30 minutes. It depends on traffic, the time of day and the beach you will be going to.
We have 65-inch Smart 4K HDTV in den, with Blu-ray player; 40-inch Smart HDTV in master bedroom;32-inch LED TV in kids' bedroom with Blu-ray player. Of course, complimentary wi-fi is available.
We also have plenty of reading material in our sunroom. My father is an avid historian that is always giving me history book on the Low Country area.

Location was good. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Would recommend for anyone. TV Power cord in bedroom was missing. We enjoyed our weekend.

The home was clean, easy to access, and in a quiet neighborhood. Beds and couches were comfortable and there were lots of extra blankets/linens, which was appreciated. Our dog loved the fenced in yard and the big basket of toys! The host was friendly and responsive. Overall it was a comfortable and stress-free stay.

We had a fantastic stay here. Allison was a gracious host and was a phone call away. The house was about 40-45 min from Charleston due to the insane traffic - which is no one can control. Pet-friendly with a nice size yard for our German shepherd, Koda. There was everything you needed but would have given a 5 star rating if the following would be updated: 1. Toilets - they were old and extremely short and my husband wanted to get a hotel room as he is over 6 feet tall and we’re outdated, short and round. 2. Sheets - they were pilled and uncomfortable to sleep in 3. Frying pans were not suitable for frying eggs as they were not non-stick. If the above would be updated, it would be a 5-star in my opinion.
