Great place to stay!

Briarwood is the best location. Close to everything. House was perfect size and kitchen well stocked. Correspondents was quick and any issues addressed immediately. Our only complaint was furniture in livingroom not comfortable. It was nice looking but to sit and enjoy tv was not the best. Totally enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed in the Naples area over the Xmas period for the last few years as we love the area and this house is the best we have stayed in. It is very clean, really nicely updated and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds and bedding were really comfortable and the layout was perfect for us with the 3 bathrooms being private. Pool and pool area has plenty of room and south facing which meant we had the sun pretty much all day. The owner, Alex, responded in a timely and courteous manner when we had questions. We would definitely return.

Updated kitchen, living room/dining area furniture and guest baths made this property feel welcoming. The Lanai, pool and pond view made for many relaxing days enjoying these outdoor amenities. Alex, the property owner was very responsive to any issues we had.
