•Bedroom #1: King Bed (1) - Sleeps 2
•Living Room: Full Sofa Bed (1) - Sleeps 2 children
SOAPS PROVIDED: Laundry, Dish, Hand Soap
SOAPS NOT PROVIDED: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash
•Coffee Maker Type: Combo (both K-cup and drip) A k-cup and creamer small starter bundle is provided.
•Toilet Paper Provided: 3 rolls per bathroom
•Paper Towel Provided: 2 rolls per kitchen
•Towel/Hand Towel/Washcloth: 1 set per stated occupant plus 1 extra set per bathroom
•Beach Towels: 2 per bedroom
•Kitchen spices/oils are not provided but are often left by previous guests
BEACH/POOL:
•Beach Chairs: 12-16 (shared)
•Umbrella: 6-12 (shared)

PET POLICY: This home has a $15/pet/day fee. Pets over 25 LBS will require DP approval prior to arrival. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collected. We really enjoyed the property. The location is a very close to the public beach and we had several groups set up on the private property during the holiday weekend. Luckily, the other units in the building weren't using the beach so it didn't cause a problem, but it easily could have if all six units were trying to use the beach. The unit was well stocked, generously so with paper products and soaps. The tree and swings were a nice touch. The grill and bar stools and tiki cabanas were very nice. They have a shed full of chairs and deck boxes full of toys. We will definitely come again, probably not on a holiday weekend. The area is very close to Publix and restaurants, downtown Venice. Easy access to I75. Best part was all the new turtle nest every morning. It's my favorite time of year!

Enjoyed walking out the door, through the patio, right on to the beautiful beach. Comfortable bed. Kitchen well equipped. A couple restaurants within walking distance over the bridge. Already missing the sunsets.
