Beautiful home and great location! The host was very responsive to any questions and concerns. Plenty of parking for our group. We had no reason to leave the house. We had everything we needed to cook/grill at the property except a knife set, but this was communicated with the host and handled. Cheer nationals were going on this weekend so other areas were very crowded. It was nice that the beach was more private.

The home was as described and directly on the beach with beautiful views. We had some disappointments on arrival with the beach access due to the unexpected dredging process, then minor WiFi issues, but management was quick to respond/send someone to help. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the managementâs commitment to making things right for us! The location is beautiful and will not disappoint.

Was a great view and most perfect beach access with our own boardwalk. Upstairs balcony is perfect. Plenty of room for parking as well.

If you are interested in watching TV, like my husband does when we are at the beach, then donât choose this place.They donât have cable service, itâs a streaming mess and the TV always looses signal. I know the cable service there is expensive, because we once owned a beach house there, but if you are renting your place to guests this should be a part of the costs you have. The positive thing about this place is The location it is amazing directly on the beach,with its own private walk to the beach. The smells were not too good in the lower part of the property, and the host said there were some beach chairs in the garage.This wasnât a lie, but they were 2 1/2 chairs I think left by previous guests,maybe last year from the rust & corrosion on them. I door dashed an umbrella, and rented chairs & another umbrella from a beach service, Location is great because of the public access 25D, the rental services come there.The property is much older with some recent reno mainly in the kitchen and one mstr bathroom. I know we stayed peak time for the Blues show, but the significant price we payed I expected more. AC in the upper floor mstr cut off constantly,didnât cool. I felt pretty much like I was camping out. I promise if I payed half the price I payed I wouldn't have even said a word. Overall, it wasn't horrible just overpriced. If someone had a large family &wanted to cram a lot of families & split the costs I see that don't expect 4 star property.think ParadiseInn.
