Ocean's Gem is a charming 3BR/2BA beachfront home that sleeps up to 10, with gorgeous ocean views and a huge deck made for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, and soaking up the coastal breeze. Inside, you'll find a well-stocked kitchen, dining space for 10, WiFi, cable, washer/dryer, and a TV in every bedroom. Head downstairs to the shaded beach-level area for a BBQ, picnic, or friendly game of dominoes after a day in the sand. Enjoy all Ocean's Gem has to offer: Beachfront location, Expansive ocean views, 3 bedrooms + 2 baths | Sleeps 10, Dog friendly, Well-stocked kitchen, Huge deck, Shaded outdoor gathering & BBQ area, TVs in every bedroom, Washer & dryer and free WiFi.
Sea Isle subdivision is full of amenities including, tennis court, marina, boat launch, general store, restaurant, fishing pier, pool, picnic area & park. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.
This is a courtesy to our guests to make your stay more enjoyable. This system can be deactivated by unplugging the equipment. Surveillance/recording device located on exterior of home
**This area has limited cell phone service, we recommend logging into the property's Wi-Fi and activate Wi-Fi calling for more dependable service**
*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO RENT: 25. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. Home is dog friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. 25lb limit. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum. All fees and services are subject to 15% tax
Surveillance/recording device located on exterior of home. Guests that wish to use the Sea Isle amenities may purchase the pass for $100 (for up to 10 guests, for one week). Please make arrangements prior to arrival. Sea Isle POA is closed on weekends and holidays. Pool is ONLY open Memorial Day thru Labor Day

Rooms were immaculate, house as described very roomy and comfortable. Needed a salt shaker (with salt) and sharper knives and potatoe peeler - OTHER THAN THAT- loved it !!! Talk about walk out back door and beach literally in the backyard the kids were occupied the entire time at the beach the view from deck are postcard perfect and the breeze was great. Loved it and hosts using the app was new needed a little help but got all info quickly. Loved the windows and the washer dryer and fully loaded kitchen. Amazing vacation trip spot! 9.5 outta 10. Bring your own mosquito spray !!!! Those things were huge and not playing the time we came. That’s it but perfect other than that !

Great location on the beach, the house is spacious.Needs few fixes outside after the hurricane, cleanliness of bathroom needs to be better.
