Aqua 603 was everything we hoped for in a beach vacation rental! The condo was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family. Being on the 6th floor provided beautiful views while still being just a quick trip to ground level.We especially loved having access to two pools for the days when the kids wanted a break from the beach. One of the biggest perks was that the unit included two sets of beach chairs and umbrellas, so we never had to haul our own equipment back and forth each day.Communication was outstanding—anytime I had a question, I received a text response within minutes. The location couldn't have been better, either. We were within walking distance of numerous shops, restaurants, and Pier Park, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Aqua 603 to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach getaway!

Property is in need of a deep clean. We ended up buying a swiffer and cleaning the floors just to get by. Also wish they supplied beach towels. Other than that the unit was nice and had everything we needed. Pool and beach were fantastic. Great location, we never drove more than 5 minutes to get to where we wanted to go (restaurants, grocery, etc.)
