Podere Cafaggio is a beautiful stone-clad farmhouse set in the Tuscan countryside, near the village of Monteverdi Marittimo. The property is just 5 minutes from the village and a 25-minute drive from the sea. The house features 6 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, and minibar. A spacious lounge with a stone fireplace, tables, and chairs, as well as a professional kitchen, offer plenty of space to enjoy time together. The rooms and the entire house are elegantly furnished with great attention to Tuscan tradition.
The villa is arranged as follows: On the ground floor, there is a double room with an en-suite bathroom, suitable for guests with reduced mobility and with a private entrance.
