Beside the pool, the covered patio has lighting, ceiling fans, and a wicker dining set for long dinners outside. A gas BBQ grill sits right there, and the grassy side yard is set up for cornhole. Step inside to the living room, with a vaulted, beamed ceiling, a white brick fireplace, a 65-inch Roku HDTV with premium cable, and plenty of seating for the whole group. The Windjammer Room has twin XL beds that can be set up as a king. In the family room, a queen Murphy wall bed folds down for extra guests. PARKING

Free parking is on the premises, in the driveway at the front of the home there is space for 3 cars. The garage has been

converted into the game room, so plan your vehicles around the driveway.



HOUSE RULES

- Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM.

- The home sleeps a maximum of 8 guests.

- A rental agreement, per the city of Cocoa Beach is required before arrival.

- Security cameras are located on the exterior, at the front door, driveway and the pool equipment.

- The home has decibel monitoring sensors. They are privacy compliant and do not record any sounds or conversations.

- Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are installed, and a fire extinguisher and first aid kit are on hand.

- Please treat the pool, game room, and yard the way you would your own.

- Please follow the laundry directions inside and leave the home tidy at checkout.
