Cityscape Escape boasts three incredible outdoor living spaces to choose from, including a lower patio, an upper balcony with sunny dining space, and even a rooftop deck offering breathtaking views of the neighborhood. Sweeping views await around each corner, and downtown Cincinnati is less than 10 minutes away. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, along with indoor dining space and ample seating for your entire group. This home sleeps up to 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms and the sofa sleeper in the 4th floor living space.



Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, and deck access.

Bedroom #3 has 2 sets of twin size bunk beds and a smart tv.



Bedroom #4 has a king size bed and smart tv.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- There are exterior security cameras located in at the front door, and back deck.

- The home has 3 full bathrooms, each with a shower/tub combo.

- The 4th floor living space has a Queen size sofa sleeper.

- The home offers street parking on a first come, first served basis. No driveway.

- Washer and dryer in unit available for guest use.
