Spacious and beautifully furnished home in the highly sought after Mountain Shadows area. Gorgeous 5 bedroom, 4 full bathroom home, 5100 Sq..feet. There are two master bedrooms, walls of windows, soaring fireplace, vaulted ceilings, washer/dryer, and comfy new mattresses. Fully equipped media room with surround sound and Xfinity as well as Netflix. It is common to see deer and rabbits roaming around. Very close to Garden of the Gods, the Airforce Academy, downtown, Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs. Skiing at Monarch or Breckinridge is two hours away with a shuttle available. Easy access to I-25 and all area attractions. Perfect for graduation celebrations for USAFA, CC and UCCS. Also perfect for military house hunting trips, family reunions and vacations. Brand new outdoor fire pit, lounge chairs and gas bbq. New vanity in the master bedroom and new toilets upstairs. Perfect for children! The house sleeps 12.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spacious and very family-friendly, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our time together. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making the entire experience easy and stress-free. Thank you for a great stay—we would definitely recommend this home to others!

My wife and I hosted 8 of our family members in this house. I'm happy to report it at least met our expectations, and in some ways was even better than we expected. The house was spacious and comfortable for all of us, the beds and furniture were comfortable, and all of the appliances and electronics worked well once we figured them out! The whirlpool bathtub in the master bedroom was a real treat, and the games and home theater in the basement kept the young people busy and happy. The only concern I would give potential tenants is to try and stagger your showers, because it's easy to run out of hot water if too many people try to shower at the same time! Also, the driveway (especially the right side) is too steep for my comfort, so I parked on the street unless I was loading or unloading. Fortunately there is plenty of room for parking on the street in front of the house. Overall a very pleasant experience!

With used needles on kitchen counter not good. Bloody bandages also. Property hadnt been mowed. Couldnt get pizza delivered because of blackout zone. It was 3 miles away. Bottom line it was way too expensive. I fill like i deserve a refund of some kind.
