This exceptional home is located in one of the area’s most exclusive residential communities, Roche.
Its spacious and varied rooms, exquisite interior design, and beautiful garden offer a unique living experience, characterized by the tranquility of the surroundings, and just a 7-minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in the province of Cádiz.
Since this is our home for the rest of the year, we’ve designed it with great care, and we hope you’ll feel right at “home.”
The Space
The spacious 220 m² home is spread over two floors, surrounded by a lush tropical garden, and crowned by a spectacular 50 m² pool. The total property area, including the exterior and garden, exceeds 1,250 meters.
The large living-dining room, with its expansive windows, seamlessly blends the interior and exterior spaces. It features a dining table for 8–10 guests, a large 6-seater sofa, and a 65-inch Smart TV.
Adjacent to the living-dining room is a glass-enclosed space of about 20 m² with a sleeper sofa and a high table with 4 comfortable chairs. This space is especially relaxing—perfect for reading, writing, taking a nap, or even, for the more adventurous, sleeping under the stars.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher.
The kitchen opens onto a covered porch with an outdoor seating area perfect for breakfast and more casual meals.
From that porch, you can access the back of the garden, where you’ll find the large swimming pool, a sunbathing area, a bamboo pergola with a dining table that seats 8–10 people, and a large traditional Argentine grill for summer barbecues.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds—one with a 200x200-cm bed and the other with a 150x190-cm bed. One of them opens directly onto the pool area, and the other onto a backyard patio with an outdoor shower.
Also on the first floor is a full bathroom with a shower that opens onto the pool, a half-bath, and a laundry area with a washer and dryer.
A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, opening directly onto a loft-style area with a double sofa bed. From this area, you can access another bedroom with two 90x200 cm single beds, a full bathroom with a large bathtub, and the large terrace area, with views of the forest and the garden.
Amenities and Common Areas
Guests will have access to all areas of the house, except for one bedroom on the upper floor, which will be locked, and the garage. However, there is an open area inside the property where you can park a vehicle.
