Large, very beautiful, cosy apartment block "Marina Real I". In the resort 1 km from the centre of Denia, in a quiet, sunny position, 650 m from the sea, 650 m from the beach. For shared use: large, beautiful garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (22 x 10 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 08:00-15:00 and 17:00-22:00). Outdoor shower, terrace, children's playground (slide). In the house: lift. Grocery 600 m, supermarket 800 m, restaurant, café 700 m, bus stop 250 m, railway station 1.2 km, ferry 2 km, sandy beach "Marineta Cassiana" 650 m. Sports harbour, surf school, sailing school 650 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

We had a lovely time at this apartment. It had everything you needed and the key collection after office hours was very good and easy. Apartment was clean. Super location in Denia.

This is a fantastic apartment in an area close to the edge of the marina. The apartment complex is a gated community which is well cared for. There are a number of owners who holiday here from elsewhere in Spain and it had a real feel of Spanish culture with families coming out to use the pool after the sun had gone. There is also a small gym on site but tourists rentals not permitted to use, and a social area that further added to community vibe.
