My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Great communication with the owner. Excellent location-a few blocks one way, you are at the beach. A couple of blocks the other direction you are on 5th ave. We felt very safe at this location. Having a washer and dryer is a plus.
The furniture needs to be replaced. Stains on the couch, both couches are worn out. We notice some of the kitchen ware was not clean, and there were stains on the wall in the bathroom. Sliding shower door should be replaced.
There are many choices in this area. I hope the owner will make the necessary upgrades, improve on the cleaning of the condo, and kitchen ware.
