Overall this was a very clean home and we enjoyed our stay. We did have an issue with the air conditioning not working when we arrived, but the host was very responsive and it was fixed by the next day. This was very appreciated as it was in the mid-90s while we were there.

Nice off the path location to spend some time when Visiting Ohio.

Location was great, quiet, reclusive, safe.Home had all amenities needed and more, very comfortable.Very clean.Could use maintenance and update for rental.

Cleanliness - good except for pots and pans. I had to scrub the ones I decided to use. Host needs to purchase silverware - 3 total forks are not ok. Above the kitchen sink has a light bulb only? Need to add a fixture here. Birds attacked our car mirrors and pooped all over the car. Twice!! Had to find a car wash. Try to eliminate the bird nests in the garage roof! Beds looked like they were going to fall down. After looking underneath Master bed we found boards on the ground so no support for the mattress. We ended up in the middle of the bed every night. This is an easy fix for the host to screw the boards to the frame. Be VERY CAREFUL pulling out of this driveway as big gravel trucks are flying down the road and you cannot see them as there is a lot of grass/weeds that need trimmed better. Ended up putting down the windows to hear them. Did love that after 5 pm it was quiet here. Also loved that we saw a groundhog actually climb a tree. Did not know that they climbed trees! A few fixes and this is a great place to stay.
