This apartment is located in a typical Porto street, close to the main tourist attractions, the city's busy streets, restaurants and main public transportation. All checkins after midnight are subject to an extra charge of € 20 paid in cash and at checkin.

After check-in/during your stay, additional charges may incur in case of:
- Loss of key;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.

Depending on the situation, the locksmith cost is between 40 / 150 Eur.
