Very romantic stone house. Clean. Pet friendly.

We had a nice enough stay but don't think I would stay again. The house is adorable and in a beautiful and convenient area. But it's a property that definitely prioritizes novelty over function. The house was not terribly clean, I spent the first while I was there stepping on bits of garbage and outdoor debris in the living room and throwing them away. The kitchen cupboards were full of debris but lacking some cooking equipment that would have been helpful. Hard to believe my 265 cleaning fee will be put to good use. We also had an issue with a few overhead lights not working. We eventually found a remote for the living room but it did not work to turn on the ceiling fan. Overall, we had a fun weekend and were comfortable enough, but if you're booking, be ready for a fairly rustic experience!

Truly one of a kind gem, set in a beautiful location. The house has all of the modern conveniences but has been maintained with care for the historic detail.
