This condo was very nice, the best balcony set up we have seen at a beachfront condo. Dave was very quick to respond and was very helpful! The common areas were clean and well maintained. We would definitely recommend this host and this condo. Gregg - Circleville, Ohio.

Property was exactly as described. We did run into a beach restoration project in front of the condo which was less than ideal, but only lasted 2 days. It was opened back up while we were there.

The location of the property is great. The place is in need of much needed TLC. The ceiling is falling in places, the toilet wouldn't work in the master bath, and place hasnt been updated in a long time. It did have everything needed for our two night stay. It comes with 1 dishwasher soap pack, 1 paper towel roll. Etc. I feel like there are much better values for the money spent.
