With only a short walk, you can access almost anything on the Eastern to Central stretch of Waikiki, such as shopping at the International Marketplace or the Pualeilani Atrium, surf lessons at the Royal Hawaiian Beach, late-evening street performers along Kalakaua Avenue, and much more.
Or, if you prefer not to walk, there are bus stops located nearby, which can take you through Waikiki to your favorite surfing, snorkeling or shopping locations, or even beyond Waikiki to the rest of the island of Oahu.

**SEWER SYSTEM HYDRO JETTING & STACK CLEANING PROJECT**
A building maintenance project will be taking place from October 26 through November 10, 2026, involving cleaning of the building’s sanitary drain system.

No access to this unit will be required for this project.

However, the building has requested that all residents and guests minimize water usage between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday when possible, while the work is in progress.

There may also be some construction-related noise or odors in the building during the project.

During these hours, please try to limit the use of:

Showers
Sinks (kitchen and bathroom)
Dishwasher
Washing machine
Excessive toilet flushing
Laundry room
