Beautiful house and a great location. Brief walk to the beach and main strip. We loved all the natural light in the house and the comfortable sofa for a movie night. The Wifi was a bit spotty in parts of the house, but we didn't need it much thankfully. Host was helpful and had the cleaners put glasses and breakable things higher as since we had a toddler there.

Very quiet.
Short ten minute walk to the beach. Pay $10 to use it. Pay more to park if you drive.
$50 for a one hour boat ride????

Loved the place. Would be happy to rent it again.

Overall nice layout of the house. Slightly outdated but fine.
The two bottom rooms got very hot at night. Lack of airflow and the air conditioning just wasn’t reaching the rooms. Had to keep all the fans running to make it somewhat manageable.
The location was good. 10 min walk to downtown.
Check in check out was very easy.
