The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with lift of a historic building in one of the most important streets in the center of Bologna. The apartment is a large and bright three-room apartment on two levels. The entrance leads to the living area consisting of living room with sofa and access to the balcony overlooking the rooftops of Bologna and the church of the Servi, the kitchen and dining table and chairs. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a queen bed on the lower floor, the other on the upper floor, a double room with an additional single bed. There are also two bathrooms complete with shower. The apartment is equipped with independent heating, air conditioning in every room, wall-mounted LED satellite TV, internet with wi-fi connection, microwave, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

We had a wonderful stay at this Bologna apartment with our two young daughters. The location on Strada Maggiore was central and easy to get around on foot—the Two Towers were our landmark for finding our way home, just five minutes away, and close to the historic center, restaurants, and transit. It was quiet and peaceful inside, yet still near the bar scene and nightlife if that's what you're after—the best of both worlds.Best of Both Worlds: Peaceful Nights, Vibrant Bologna at Your Door. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well equipped, with plenty of room for our family of four. Check-in was completely seamless—the keyless codes for the building and apartment were a lifesaver, especially arriving with kids and luggage, and we didn't need to coordinate meeting a host. There's laundry in the basement, which was a great convenience for a longer stay. The hosts were excellent communicators throughout, and the front desk was genuinely helpful, arranging taxis and offering local guidance whenever we needed it.We'd happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bologna, families included.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location! The apartment was spotless, spacious, attractive and very comfortable for our family of four. Check in was very easy and the reception staff were helpful answering questions and booking taxis. We had a wonderful stay!

Overall good experience. Awesome location and great property. Loved the ability to park. There was an odor that smelled a little like covering up of smoking. Unfortunately that odor has settled in to our clothing when we got home. With that said, the team was very communicative and I would recommend this property and company to friends and family!
