RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 1 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY (MODERATE): Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a 100% refund, 14 to 29 days before check-in for a 50% refund, and less than 14 days before check-in, no refund. Refunds are not issued for late arrivals, early departures, or weather, including hurricanes and named storms. We recommend optional travel insurance.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

The condo was very nice and as expected. I would suggest that the den area of the condo have a small love seat or a comfortable chair. The two chairs by the sofa were not comfortable for watching TV. Also, one of the chairs was broken before we arrived and just left on its side, unusable. I did not rate the property's cleanliness highly because the common areas were not as clean as I would have expected. The condo we rented was very clean. Throughout the property, there was trash lying around in the grass, on sidewalks, and in the corridors on each floor. For the entire week, no one cleaned up an entire bag of trash and take-out food boxes in the stairwell. There were empty bags of chips, cigarette boxes, water bottles, and plastic utensils lying out by the sidewalk to the beach and in the corridors to the rooms. If the common areas had been cleaner, I would have rated the stay higher.

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! The location was perfect — just steps from the beach with beautiful ocean views from the balcony. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beds were comfortable, and the entire place felt cozy and welcoming.We especially loved spending mornings drinking coffee on the balcony and evenings watching the sunset. The pool and beach access were both convenient and well maintained. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in incredibly easy.This was exactly the peaceful getaway we were hoping for, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. We had a few issues with outlets not working and the elevator breaking down but overall it was a nice place to stay and the outside furniture was great quality and comfortable. It's a short walk from a gorgeous beach. There were no bathrooms outside so that's something you may need to plan around. Having two pools was a very nice benefit but they were a bit chilly. Plenty of spots to sit and not very crowded during the week at the end of April. Overall was a great vacation spot and was close to a lot of activities and restaurants!
