Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in a soundside golf course community, this comfortable and family-friendly home is next to the 8th hole of the Nags Head Golf Links. Guests at Marsh Links 15 will have access to the Village Beach Club from Memorial Day thru Labor Day, and on weekends during May and September. Amenities include an oceanfront Olympic-sized pool, kiddie pool, lifeguarded beach access with convenient oceanfront parking, bathhouse, pickleball court, and a snack bar/cafe with a full-service bar that also serves lunch. The Village Beach Club is a one-stop, everything-you-need destination for a full day of fun in the sun for the entire family.
Please note that while access to seasonal amenities at the Village Beach Club is complimentary, parking at the complex requires a pass ranging between $10 and $25 per day, per vehicle depending on demand and time of year (per Village Beach Club website). To purchase and obtain a parking pass for your stay, or for questions related to Village Beach Club amenities and availability, please contact the Village Beach Club staff at (252) 480-2222.

We were looking for a simple property to go and spend a few days at the Outer Banks before Christmas hustle and bustle. Back Porch sound views, spacious living area and hot tub with sound views were exactly what we wanted before Christmas came. Lots of local restaurants, cooked in kitchen, shopped at outlets. Wonderful overall experience in a quiet golf course neighborhood.

The home was in a great location and had a great layout. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. The hot tub was very clean and enjoyable. Unfortunately the home did smell of mold and there was visible black mold on the ceiling and wall of one of the bedrooms. There was also very large bugs the management company called waterbugs. The towels were very thin and there were not enough of them to use for the hot tub as well as showering.
