The cozy, large Koinor couch with a reclining function and the large 85-inch smart TV invite you to enjoy a movie night together, while the PlayStation 5 and other tech gadgets will make the kids’ gamer hearts race. The cozy tiled stove, complete with a seating and reading nook, offers the perfect spot on cold days and a place to unwind, while the high-quality Sonos speakers provide perfect sound for listening to your favorite music. The large, handcrafted dining table from Alpenwerft, surrounded by elegant blue velvet chairs, complements the living area, creating the perfect setting for a wonderful dinner together in an exceptionally relaxed atmosphere.

In the immediate vicinity of the Rosenstraße vacation rental, you’ll naturally find plenty of options for delicious dining out, but the kitchen-dining area and the living room also invite you to “stay in” and are equipped with everything you need: oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, ceramic cooktop, kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and a washer-dryer are all available.
