Welcome to Marsh Haven, a light-filled three-bedroom home overlooking the marsh, designed for guests who value space, scenery, and a slower pace, without sacrificing convenience. Elevated for views and privacy, this multi-level retreat offers peaceful surroundings with easy access to beaches, dining, and local island favorites.
The main living level features an open layout with large windows that frame the marsh and bring in natural light throughout the day. The living area flows directly onto a screened-in porch, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor space for morning coffee, afternoon breezes, and evening sunsets. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a walk-in pantry, with the dining area positioned nearby for easy meals and gathering. A half bath on this level adds convenience.
On the lower level, a patio opens to a grassy yard that backs directly to the marsh, ideal for grilling, relaxing, or enjoying the quiet natural setting.
All three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, offering privacy and separation from the main living areas. Always a pleasure to visit tybee, as we do 3 to 4 times a year. The home is nice and quiet. The furniture is comfortable. The beds are great too . Only thing that was almost a problem was the master bedroom TV nobody tightened the screws on the bottom of the tv stand . It was going to fall in the floor , or worse on someone. I had to do a small amount of work on vacation , other than that I would stay again, the whole family love it . Kitchen was stocked nicely with good cook ware.

Really enjoyed the property. It was hard pulling in and out of the garage since it is tight space for our minivan. Wish there was a shower mat for the primary bedroom's bathroom and the hooks I found to hang towels were very high up in the closet.
