Beautiful apartment, 1 bedroom with a king bed, 1 full bathroom, living room with a queen sleeper sofa and a great view towards the ocean, kitchen fully equipped, electric blackout shades, 2 large heated pools, 2 gyms, central A/C, conference room, Concierge and valet parking 24/7, security service, Free high-speed WIFI, and 2 Smart TVs.
Beach chairs and Beach Umbrella, linens, face towels, bath towels, beach towels, and a two rolling coolers. Sleep 2. Maximum 2 Adults allowed.
Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, blender, laundry room on each floor with cards to load money. Laundry is a few steps away outside the unit.
A café downstairs by the lobby in the second building offering all sorts of drinks, breakfast, and lunch items while offering free delivery to your unit, the pool, or the beach.
Additional fees:
Extra $30 for Fob (electronic key) at check in only. Fob is used to open common areas and doors around the building. (1 per two adults) This is not included in the price. (Has to be paid to the management office upon arrival.)

This is a full amenities building on the beach. Close to dining and shopping. Minutes from Historic Downtown Hollywood is known for its charming streets, fine dining, cafés, bars, art galleries, and special events.
10 minutes from Aventura Mall, The Galleria in Ft. Lauderdale.
Approximately one mile from the Hollywood Boardwalk, just a 10 minute walk.
5 minutes to new Gulfstream Mall and Casino, shops, restaurants!
15 minutes to The Hard Rock Seminole Casino, less than 5 minutes to world class golf. Close to Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport (just 15 minutes drive).

I couldn’t get enough of that view, sitting in the balcony hearing the waves . Excellent location . The apartment itself needs a lot of renovating ,if they would update the furnishings , linens and accessories it would be great! I tried contacting the host before my arrival 3 times and she never answered. Guests are asked to leave the pool area by 7:30 pm, strange since Sun doesn’t go down until like 9pm. We just wanted to eat at the gazebo and we were not allowed . Overall a good experience but for sure if owner takes better care of the apartment it would be so much better .

The property was great, well maintained with all the nrcessary facilities. The only slight issues were no boardwalk on the beach or nearby bars or restautants. However, this was overcome by taking Ubers to get to them. Overall a great place to stay and value for money.

Absolutely beautiful view, Best part of this somewhat dated condo. Add’l necessities for travelers would have been ideal. Also just the living necessities were very basic- no washclothes, kitchen towel,or bathroom mat of any kind. Host very attentive when we notified her of smoke detector battery alarm going off in the condo. Bummer that heavy equipment bringing in sand lasted 2 days on the beach.
