Completely renovated in 2016, it’s fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 2nd floor, it consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom (in two separate areas), a living area with a kitchenette, a dining area with a table for 4 people, and a lounge with a sofa and two armchairs.
Carefully and tastefully decorated, it’s ideal for a stay as a couple, with family, or with friends.
I provide bed linens, 1 bath towel, 1 small and 1 large hand towel, and 1 kitchen towel.
For drying your clothes, you have two options: a clothesline or a drying rack.
The “Simply Market” mini-market is just 5 minutes away: Salizada del Teatro, 3988

- Sunday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
You’ll find a shopping cart in the apartment for your groceries.
If you need anything during your stay, I’m available at any time.
A tourist tax for the City of Venice must be paid to me in cash at check-in; you’ll be asked to present a form of identification for this purpose. The ADSL Wi-Fi internet connection is free and unlimited.
A travel crib with a sheet and towel is available upon request for a fee of 7 euros.
On the day of your departure, if you wish, you can store your luggage for free in the lobby of the house in a locked room.
The nearest vaporetto stop is just 2 minutes away: it’s the “San Marco-Vallaresso” stop.
You can board lines 1 and 2, which run along the Grand Canal.
The boats run day and night.
