This bright and comfortable holiday apartment extends over 50 m² and offers space for up to five people, ideal for families or small groups. The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained house with a total of six rental units. Two cosy bedrooms are each equipped with a spacious double bed, one of which also has its own air conditioning. In the living area, a comfortable sofa bed invites you to relax, while the modern SAT TV provides entertainment. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an electric cooker, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, as well as all cooking utensils and cutlery. A large dining table offers space for up to six people. The apartment features a spacious, covered terrace of 20 m² with a table and chairs, which invites you to shared meals or to linger outdoors.
The bathroom is functionally furnished with a shower, toilet and mirror. WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Small pets are welcome by arrangement, with a maximum of two animals allowed, with a small additional fee. A private parking space is available on the property.
