We are located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. It is 500 meters away from the historic Certosa di Bologna Monumental Cemetery.
It is located just outside the center of Bologna, connected by a portico to San Luca, and is one of the oldest cemeteries in Europe.

LIVING AREA. Fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, moka pot, conventional oven, and living room.
DOUBLE BEDROOM.
BATHROOM. Shower stall, bidet, and hair dryer. Washing machine.
OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE. Split A/C units (in the living room and bedroom), iron, and clothesline.
Crib for infants available upon request (for a fee).
Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
