Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Please inquire about size and weight restrictions before booking.



★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:

Packages may be delivered to the property door. Guests are responsible for retrieving their packages, and the host is not responsible for lost or missing packages.



★ PROVISIONS:

Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, and starter toiletries.

Please note: Washcloths and kitchen towels are not included.



★ GUEST SCREENING:

A check-in procedure is required for security and fraud prevention.



★ SAFETY:

We follow thorough cleaning and sanitation procedures to help provide a clean and comfortable stay. Exterior surveillance cameras monitor the property for added security.



Please note that a groundskeeper may access the pool area as needed for pool service, landscaping, and other exterior property maintenance.



★ OBSERVATIONS:

We maintain a strict no-smoking policy throughout the property. We also ask guests to be considerate of our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10 PM.



Violations of house rules or significant noise complaints may result in cancellation without refund.



Parties + Gatherings: Due to local community rules and guidelines set by the owner, parties and gatherings are not permitted. The total number of guests may not exceed the property's maximum approved occupancy without prior host approval.



★ CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY:

Our property is located in a tropical Miami environment with warm temperatures, humidity, and occasional rainstorms throughout the year. Please remember to apply sunscreen and stay hydrated.



Miami is also home to a diverse range of native plants, reptiles, insects, and other wildlife. While we conduct regular inspections and monthly pest control, occasional encounters with native outdoor "visitors" are possible. We continuously work to maintain and control the property to provide a comfortable environment for our guests.

Guests have full access to the apartment with convenient self-check-in.

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels low during this time.

GUEST COUNT:

Please book for the exact number of guests staying at the property. Additional guests require prior host approval. Subletting is not permitted.



TRASH & RECYCLING RULES:

All trash must be securely bagged and placed inside the green bin with the lid completely closed. The blue bin is strictly reserved for recycling.



Please do not place regular garbage in the blue recycling bin. Incorrectly sorted waste may result in a $100 fine to cover the city's collection fee.

We are nearby and available to assist if you have any questions or need help during your stay. We also offer full-service concierge assistance for guests who would like help arranging restaurant reservations, in-home massages, private chefs, boat experiences, and other services during their Miami visit.
