This townhouse comes with dog treats, and is stocked with dog toys, dog bowls, and a backyard grass area so your dog can enjoy the vacation just as much as you will! With a spacious, open floor plan, and multiple entertainment rooms, this home is family-friendly and perfect for a family reunion or get together. Completely furnished and stocked, we've thought through the small details, so you can enjoy your stay worry-free. You'll appreciate the oversized rooms, high-end bedding, and an enclosed private backyard patio equipped with a BBQ grill.

Just minutes away from hundreds of picturesque hikes, we are in the perfect location for an active vacation or for unwinding and relaxation.
Visit the historic downtown in St. George, one of the many nearby golf courses, or one of the four state parks surrounding us. The nearby state parks include Sand Hollow State Park, Quail Creek State Park, Snow Canyon State Park, and Gunlock State Park. Everything was ok but the sun shade was broken, b-que was not clean, propane was empty, everything else seemed ok

This was the perfect property for our family! We came from northern Utah down to St. George for a dance competition. With our two little dogs it's always hard to find a dog friendly rental and this one was amazing!! Property had everything we needed and more!

This property was well-appointed with a nice pool and play area for the children and was near many of the trails and parks we wanted to visit. I would say the only glitch was the manager may want to advise the renters to put in the code followed by a checkmark and then WAIT a number of seconds for the door to unlock (you hear a series of tones). The other surprise was a large fee for cleaning the bed for having pet on it and we kept the one room he was in covered and did not allow our dog to go upstairs or to any other bedroom.

The townhouse was nice. The pool was warm. My main complaint was that the listing wasnât accurate⊠I didnât NEED the things advertised, but it irked me that didnât provide what it said it would. No dog treats, but the dog bowls provided were helpful. No dog toys. No place to wash the dog except basic bathtub. No Minky blankets. Again, Iâm okay without those things, but they should deliver on what they advertise. They have a small patio with a small, maybe 3âx5â artificial grass section. My dog wouldnât even walk on it. There is not a place in the complex to take the dogs to go on grass unless youâre doing it on the grass in front of another townhouseâs front door. Itâs St. G, so grassy areas are hard to come by. But, for the humans staying, it was nice. Close enough to all the fun things St.G has to offer.
Could be due to the time of year, but the patio area needs an exterminator. Bugs would creep in at night by the patio sliding door.
